CLAIMS & RETURNS

IMPORTANT: To report any missing or damaged items, please record an unboxing video and submit your claim within 7 days of delivery.

Claims must include a valid unboxing video and be submitted through our "Contact Us" form.
Claims submitted after 7 days or without an unboxing video may be rejected.
All claims are subject to review and not guaranteed approval.
If your unboxing video does not meet our policy requirements, the claim may also be rejected.
For signed products: Any slight imperfections/minimal smudging of signatures and any marks or minor dents/damages will not be considered defective and are not subject to return or exchange. Additionally, minor damages that may occur during the manufacturing and shipping process are also not eligible for return or exchange.
