Total duration: 70 minutes
Doors open 10 minutes before showtime. Please arrive early for check-in and staff guidance on the proper usage of the VR headset.
Tickets are final sale. No refunds or rebookings.
There will be no physical tickets and tickets will be sent separately through Evey. The email confirmation is not your physical ticket.
Ticketholder must be present during check-in.
In the event that you are purchasing more than one ticket, you and your party must all be present during check-in.
Orders containing multiple tickets will be seated together in order of arrival, on a first-come first-served basis. If enough seats are not available in the same section for your full party, you may be seated separately.
Doors close 10 minutes after the scheduled showtime. If you arrive late, you may enter for the remaining time of your showing and receive your full inclusions. No rebooking or transferring ticket times.
To get the best experience at the VR concert, we recommend wearing contact lenses. Some glasses may not fit comfortably inside the headset because of limited space, and wearing them can make it harder to keep the visuals in clear focus. If you watch without glasses, the visuals may appear blurry and you might not feel the artist up close as intended. If you need to wear glasses, please choose smaller frames, as large or thick frames may not fit inside the headset. For the best fit and comfort with glasses, please ask a staff member to help you put on and adjust the headset.
We recommend this experience for ages 12+. Attendees under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult who can assist them with their VR headset. If you are under 18 you must have your parent or guardian's permission to purchase a ticket.
If you are unable to attend the show for any reason, you will not receive your inclusions. Inclusions cannot be shipped and must be claimed in person.
Physical inclusions are provided exclusively to event attendees. In the event of a cancellation and subsequent full refund, physical goods will not be fulfilled or shipped.
Please note, only lidded beverages and dry concessions will be permitted within the auditorium.
