82WORLD Exclusive Instant Store Credit at hello82.com is promotional credit issued free of charge by hello82 when you make a qualifying ticket purchase. You don't pay for it. It is added to your account as soon as order payment is received and can be used for eligible purchases at hello82.com only. Qualifying tickets are available for a limited time and are limited in quantity.

Expiration

Instant Store Credit expires on the expiration date shown when it is issued. This is one year after the qualifying ticket(s) time of purchase. Upon expiration, unused credit is removed from your account and it cannot be reinstated.

82WORLD Exclusive Instant Store Credit at hello82.com:

• Has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
  
• Is issued in U.S. dollars and can only be used in our online store.
  
• Cannot be used to buy gift cards or store credit.
  
• Cannot be transferred or resold. It can only be used by the account it was issued to.
  
• Is not a gift card.

How it's applied

Promotional Credit is added to your store credit balance. When you check out, you will have the option to select store credit as a payment method. Store credit that expires soonest is used first. If your order total is more than your available credit, you can pay the rest with another payment method. Any unused Instant Store Credit stays on your account until it expires.

Returns and cancellations

If you return or cancel an order that was paid partly or fully with Instant Store Credit, the credit used goes back to your account with its original expiration date. If that date has already passed, the credit will not be returned.
If you return or cancel the order that earned the Instant Store Credit, the credit will be removed. If you have already used it, the amount used may be deducted from your refund.

Eligibility and misuse

82WORLD Exclusive Instant Store Credit at hello82.com is available only to purchasers of its qualifying products. It is only available for online purchases made on hello82.com and not in-store. We may cancel or withhold Instant Store Credit obtained through fraud, misuse, or a violation of these terms. 

 

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will not shorten the expiration date of promotional store credit already issued.
