STORE & EVENTS POLICY
ETIQUETTE:
In order to maintain the safety of fans, artists, and staff, we ask that you please follow the instructions of hello82 staff members at all times.
In general, the following items and actions are NOT allowed;
- Touching/rushing/following the artists before, during, and/or after the event
- DSLRs/Professional Cameras/Telescopic lenses or other camera attachments
- Weapons (e.g. taser, pepper spray, pocket knives, etc.)
- Outside Food or Drink (water is okay)
- Signs that will impede the vision of people around you
- Flash photography
If you have any of these items in your possession, we may ask you to put the items away and if you are found to NOT abide by the initial warnings, you will be asked to leave the event.
NOTE: Any unruly behavior at the event (e.g. pushing, shoving, inappropriate language, etc.) will subject your removal from the event and may constitute a lifetime ban from hello82 depending on the severity of the situation.
PURCHASES:
All on-site event purchases are final sale. Please, check that you received the correct product(s) as soon as you received them.
Any incorrect, missing, or defective products must be returned/exchanged at the register with receipt before the event ends.
**Once the event ends, refunds/exchanges will NOT be accepted for any reason
GIFTS:
Typically, no gifts are allowed, but letters are okay. Please, ask hello82 staff the day of the event if gifts are allowed to be given to the artists.
Gifting Rules:
- Physical gifts (i.e. plushies, clothing, etc.) are accepted and MUST BE BRAND NEW/store bought. They must be in the original packaging (untampered) and/or with tags.
- Handmade gifts are okay if they are bracelets, keychains, small sized drawings (no large posters)
- No perishable goods
- IT IS NOT GUARANTEED THAT THE ARTIST WILL ACCEPT THE GIFT
You will receive 1 cupsleeve for each drink purchased. (NOTE: Cupsleeves are not guaranteed as they are available while supplies last)
For fan-hosted events, hello82, will solely provide the event space and is not responsible for any merchandise/decorating that will be utilized at the event. Please, plan accordingly and ensure that you have all the materials/decorations needed.
If you would like to host a cupsleeve or an event at hello82, you may submit the following hello82LA Reservation Form
For hosts and vendors, hello82 is NOT responsible for any of the following;

Please, exercise caution when trading with or purchasing from any individuals at these events. Ensure that you are aware of your belongings at all times to prevent items from being misplaced or stolen.
We do NOT allow the sale of any sealed albums at these events and we will ask you to put them away if we see them.

All purchases are final sale and claims for any incorrect/missing/damaged items will only be considered before the event day ends. Once the event ends, we will no longer be accepting claims, so please check to make sure that you received the correct products as soon as you receive them.

Once the sales period has ended, we do not accept refund requests. You may log in to the Help Center and submit a refund Request Form to further assist you with your specific order and see if it is eligible for a refund upon review.

If you have missing/lost/damaged items from your order, please refer to the "claims" article to view the steps on how to submit a claim, the 7 day claims policy applies. You may log in to the Help Center and submit a Request Form for further assistance from a representative.

Purchases made at PLAY82 events are final sale. Please, make sure to check your items before leaving the event or before the event ends if you received a wrong/damaged/incomplete item(s). After the event ends, refunds/returns/exchanges will NOT be accepted for any reason.
Always follow staff instruction during events and if you have any concerns, please, let a hello82 staff member know.
ONLINE ORDER FOR IN STORE PICKUP:
When ordering online for store pickup, you have 2 weeks to pick up your order from when you receive the email notification that your order is ready to pickup. Once the 2 week period has passed and you have not picked up your order, it will be automatically refunded and the order will be re-shelved and added back into inventory.
If you purchase any items online for pickup at the hello82 LA store or at a in-person event, the 7-day claim policy also applies from the day you pickup. Meaning, that when you go to pickup your order, you have 7 days to submit a claim about a missing/damage/wrong item(s) or request for a refund/exchange. To do this, please, login to the hello82 Help Center to submit a Request Form for further assistance.
OTHER PERSON PICKING UP ORDER:
If you are unable to come to the store/event to pickup your order, another person is allowed to pickup your order on your behalf within the 2 week timeframe. They can do so by providing the following;
- A copy of the ID of the person whose name is on the order (can be a screenshot)
- The order number
- A copy of the original confirmation email for the order (can be forwarded or a screenshot)
All on site, in store purchases are final sale.
NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/RETURNS
