If the claim submission period has passed or the unboxing video does not meet our policy requirements, the claim may be rejected, and no further action will be taken on your order.
Any slight imperfections/minimal smudging of the signature and any marks or minor dents/damages on signed albums will not be considered defective and are not subject to return or exchange. Additionally, minor damages that may occur during the manufacturing and shipping process are also not eligible for return or exchange. Damage claims will be accepted upon review and are not guaranteed.
