• The claim must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Not all claims submitted will be granted; they will be accepted upon review.
• If the claim submission period has passed or the unboxing video does not meet our policy requirements, the claim may be rejected, and no further action will be taken on your order.
  

SIGNED ALBUMS:

• Signatures will be on the cover of the album.
• 1 random member signature on the cover (1 out of 10)
• You cannot choose the members’ signature.
• Since this is a limited quantity product, the product may sell out and sales may end at any time and there will be no cancellations/refunds after the purchase.

Any slight imperfections/minimal smudging of the signature and any marks or minor dents/damages on signed albums will not be considered defective and are not subject to return or exchange. Additionally, minor damages that may occur during the manufacturing and shipping process are also not eligible for return or exchange. Damage claims will be accepted upon review and are not guaranteed.

Your items may be sent in separate packages if you ordered a large number of items or if they are under different order numbers.

SHIPPING (UK SHIPPING ONLY):
This product is available for shipping within the UK only, and all UK orders will be shipped from the UK.

If there is something wrong with your order and you need further assistance, please submit an inquiry through the “Contact Us” Form to get help from a representative.
