• We will check the winner's name and ID at the event site using the CUSTOMER NAME on your order and ATTENDEE NAME through the application form. 
  If the ID does not match the ATTENDEE NAME, you may not be able to participate in the fansign event.
  
  Please make sure that the CUSTOMER NAME you enter at the time of purchase and the ATTENDEE NAME you submit through the application form are the same. Any discrepancies will result in immediate disqualification.
  
• If your CUSTOMER NAME is incorrect, please cancel your order by accessing the "CANCEL" button in your hello82.com order history, and reorder by creating a new account with the correct details, within the sales period.
• Cannot be purchased with other products.
• Due to the nature of the event, refunds/cancellations will not be allowed after the end of the sales period.
