ADDRESS CHANGE/CANCELLATION
Address changes and cancellations can only be granted within the sales period if the order has no tracking number or has not shipped.
Orders may be canceled if the item(s) are out of stock or the shipping address is located in anunavailable shipping country.

You MUST submit your unboxing video within 7 days of your delivery date. Claims submitted after the 7 days or without the unboxing video may be rejected.
