SHOW DETAILS

• Total duration: 60 minutes
• For the protection of our equipment and to ensure the best possible experience for all guests, we require that glasses not be worn while using our VR headsets. Glasses can scratch and permanently damage the headset lenses, leading to costly repairs and affecting future users. We strongly recommend wearing contact lenses or removing your glasses before participating. Our staff is available to assist you in adjusting the headset for optimal comfort without glasses.
• We recommend this experience for ages 12+. Attendees under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult who can assist them with their VR headset. If you are under 18 you must have your parent or guardian's permission to purchase a ticket. 
• Doors open 10 minutes before showtime. Please arrive early for check-in and staff guidance on the proper usage of the VR headset.
• Tickets are non-transferrable. Should you be unable to attend, please cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled showtime. 
• Please bring a valid form of identification. Your ID name must match the name on your hello82 account. 
• Ticketholder must be present during check-in.
• In the event that you are purchasing more than one ticket, you and your party must all be present during check-in. 
• Doors close 10 minutes after the scheduled showtime. 
• You will receive an order confirmation via email with more check-in details.
