• If your unboxing video does not meet our policy requirements, the claim may also be rejected.
• For signed products: Any slight imperfections/minimal smudging of signatures and any marks or minor dents/damages will not be considered defective and are not subject to return or exchange. Additionally, minor damages that may occur during the manufacturing and shipping process are also not eligible for return or exchange.
