HOW TO MEASURE: 

• WAIST: Measure the waistband from end to end, keeping the tape horizontal. Record the measurements both before and after stretching the waistband.
• HIPS: Measure the circumference 7 inches down from the waist.
• INSEAM: Measure along the inner seam from the crotch point to the bottom hem.

PLEASE TAKE AN UNBOXING VIDEO in case you need to report missing/damaged items.

• The claim must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Not all claims submitted will be granted; they will be accepted upon review.
• If the claim submission period has passed or the unboxing video does not meet our policy requirements, the claim may be rejected, and no further action will be taken on your order.
